To help you find the right support for your situation, we would like to briefly introduce three key approaches:
a depth psychology method that deals with conscious and unconscious aspects of the psyche. Dreams, symbols, and inner images help to reveal hidden conflicts and opportunities for development. The aim is to gain a deeper understanding of one's own personality and to activate inner resources.
current stresses are often linked to past experiences or relationship patterns. Understanding these connections can open up new perspectives and help you to better manage conflicts.
a practical method that focuses on concrete thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the here and now. Step by step, you will learn to change stressful patterns and develop new strategies for everyday life. Particularly effective for depression, anxiety, stress, or psychosomatic complaints.
Our practice is closely linked to research and academic work. We teach and conduct research at Charité Berlin and the C. G. Jung Institute Zurich. New scientific findings are directly incorporated into our daily work—for the benefit of our patients and our training candidates alike.
